Library Service Survey

In February 2024 City of York Council said that they wanted to reduce the current library service, provided under their contract with Explore.

The Council is now asking York residents to complete a survey about their library service. The Council is required by law to consult residents if they wish to make any changes to the public library service and they must do this before agreeing any changes to the contract with Explore. We recommend that you complete the survey, so that York Council can understand your views, thought and feelings about the library services.
